Nothing really, I was just glad I could sleep somewhere close to the train station.
The staff was rude, unprofessional and arrogant. It made my experience terrible.
When I checked out, the female staff had a bad attitude. Even ask me to pay extra fee. In the hotel, English is not so convient to comunicate.
The hotel staff were unfriendly - were too busy smoking out the front when we arrived, even with luggage the person must have thought we were lost and only stopped smoking and ran in after us after we said we were here to check in please. The breakfast staff were too busy having their own conversation, rather than stocking the buffet. The breakfast selection was poor. The air conditioning was turned off during the day, making the rooms very stuffy and so you didnt wish to go back to your room to relax. The entry foyer constantly smelled of smoke, not a pleasant entrance to the hotel. The room was not very clean overall, the shower was mouldy and carpet not cleaned.
Location. Room is big enough. Bathroom is large either.
The furniture in the room was looking the same age as a Colosseo.
good brekkie, big range, better than rest of the 3 star hotels we lived in. nice tasteful decor, friendly helpful staff, great location. will come back again.
our room is little bit too small, bathroom is aquashy as most european hotels anyway.
Very good location and its very close to termini (10 minutes walk)..Hotel staff was very helpful in locating some of the attractions..very nice service and completed breakfast..well in resume for a 3*** star hotel very good..
Only the price for a 3*** hotel...
The location was perfect right next to Train stations and major shops. - Lounge and breakfast area tastefully decorated in Italian style.
1. The staff are rude and one of them didn't even speak English well, or maybe they are just Italian, nevertheless as an International hotel they need to improve that. 2. The rooms were old and not well maintained, bed uncomfortable and aircon stuffy 3. Nobody to help move bags to the room and the lift is really small, so hauling luggage up is a pain 4. Only one person at the reception counter at any time
What I liked best was the service ine the reception, and the cleaning of the room.
Reception/Beds exactly as per photos. Wide breakfast options.
Shower enclosure too small (arounf 3x3 sq.ft) & bathroom was not so clean. Checkin takes a lot of time (more than a hour in my case)
Nicely decorated hotel and its very close to termini (10 minutes walk).Hotel staff was very helpful in locating some of the attractions.
Breakfast was OK, but not many varieties. Wifi internet was expensive (10EUR per hour!!)
The hotel was clean and the decoration was very nice. It was only 5 minutes from the termini station.
The shower was very small and you couldn't do a comfortable shower.
Clean, comfortable, nice, helpful crew, reach breakfast
Small bathroom, old fittings (on windows, plugs)
I liked that it is close to the Termini station. The room is a good size and the decoration is nice. The staff are helpful. Wifi connection was O.K. Breakfast is good. This was my second time at this hotel and will go there next time I am in Rome but will ask for a different room.
I was in room 206 and there was this constant noise like machinery or elevator coming from somewhere all night. There was a tea towell on the floor on one side and black marks on the wall on a few places, they need to repaint the room.
very friendly staff, good location (close to Termini and good travel /excurcion Co) breakfast just very good , prices OK So I should advice this hotel vasily from NYC
Location - very close to the train station. Room - very clean and tidy and bed comfortable. Good value for money.
Air conditioning noise all night. Very loud in our room. Staff entering our room when we went out every evening - chocolates and mats left. This made us feel disconcerted. Coffee was cold at breakfast - would have liked boiling hot coffee.
