Nothing really, I was just glad I could sleep somewhere close to the train station.
The staff was rude, unprofessional and arrogant. It made my experience terrible.

When I checked out, the female staff had a bad attitude. Even ask me to pay extra fee. In the hotel, English is not so convient to comunicate.

The hotel staff were unfriendly - were too busy smoking out the front when we arrived, even with luggage the person must have thought we were lost and only stopped smoking and ran in after us after we said we were here to check in please. The breakfast staff were too busy having their own conversation, rather than stocking the buffet. The breakfast selection was poor. The air conditioning was turned off during the day, making the rooms very stuffy and so you didnt wish to go back to your room to relax. The entry foyer constantly smelled of smoke, not a pleasant entrance to the hotel. The room was not very clean overall, the shower was mouldy and carpet not cleaned.

Location. Room is big enough. Bathroom is large either.
The furniture in the room was looking the same age as a Colosseo.

The location was perfect right next to Train stations and major shops. - Lounge and breakfast area tastefully decorated in Italian style.
1. The staff are rude and one of them didn't even speak English well, or maybe they are just Italian, nevertheless as an International hotel they need to improve that. 2. The rooms were old and not well maintained, bed uncomfortable and aircon stuffy 3. Nobody to help move bags to the room and the lift is really small, so hauling luggage up is a pain 4. Only one person at the reception counter at any time

Reception/Beds exactly as per photos. Wide breakfast options.
Shower enclosure too small (arounf 3x3 sq.ft) & bathroom was not so clean. Checkin takes a lot of time (more than a hour in my case)
